All Around Machinist – 2nd and 3rd Shift

With minimal supervision, plan, layout and perform a wide range of difficult and frequently-unusual machining operations to produce a wide variety of parts, dies, jigs, and fixtures using all of the machine shop tools and equipment.

HS Diploma or equivalent, 5+ years of experience

CNC Machinist  – 2nd Shift

Under direct supervision, operate CNC machine shop equipment where little or no set-up is required and perform highly-repetitive tasks in accordance with work instructions.

  1. Work from basic blueprints, material requests, methods sheets, or other written work instructions.
  2. Perform other various basic secondary operations including deburring and polishing parts.
  3. Inspect complex parts using a wide variety of measuring devices and equipment applying geometric dimensioning and tolerancing.
  4. Basic computer knowledge to perform labor transactions, and other required functions.

HS Diploma or equivalent, 1-3 years experience

Welder  2nd Shift

Under direct supervision, set up and perform any one (1) of the following welding processes to produce bellows capsules using standard materials and metals: TIG ID, TIG OD, or Laser ID.

Work from drawings and other documented work instructions. Make standard set-ups and maintain operating conditions. Inspect parts using basic measuring equipment including micrometers, verniers, and leak check equipment.

HS Diploma or equivalent





Cleaning Operator

Under minimal direction, perform a wide range of aqueous and solvent metal cleaning operations required to obtain specified levels of cleanliness on a variety of components. Package cleaned components and move to subsequent workstation.

  1. Work from drawings and other documented work instruction.
  2. Make standard set-ups and maintain operating conditions as prescribed, submitting questionable settings to appropriate supervisor or technical leader.
  3. Verify material to be cleaned, load components into cleaning baskets using appropriate fixtures. Select proper cleaning program per route sheet instructions. If necessary, hand wipe irregular shaped components at local bench, package and move to next work center

HS Diploma or equivalent

Press Operator   1st and 2nd Shifts

  1. Work from blueprints, route sheets, and written instructions.
  2. Make set-up, or obtain assistance with complicated set-ups. Inspect per ES Specifications to ensure parts are in compliance with all quality and dimensional requirements. Maintain set-up and make minor adjustments when necessary, referring unusual problems or situations to supervisor.
  3. Ensure quality of product through quantitative charting techniques such as statistical process control (SPC) and the use of a variety of precision measuring devices and equipment including contour reader and non-contact measuring system.

HS Diploma or equivalent
