Current Openings - June

All Around Machinist – 2nd and 3rd Shift

With minimal supervision, plan, layout and perform a wide range of difficult and frequently-unusual machining operations to produce a wide variety of parts, dies, jigs, and fixtures using all of the machine shop tools and equipment.

Requirements: HS Diploma or equivalent, 5+ years of experience


Welder  1st & 2nd Shift

Under direct supervision, set up and perform any one (1) of the following welding processes to produce bellows capsules using standard materials and metals: TIG ID, TIG OD, or Laser ID.

Work from drawings and other documented work instructions. Make standard set-ups and maintain operating conditions. Inspect parts using basic measuring equipment including micrometers, verniers, and leak check equipment.

Requirements: HS Diploma or equivalent


Press Operator

Work from blueprints, route sheets, and written instructions.

Make set-up, or obtain assistance with complicated set-ups. Inspect per ES Specifications to ensure parts are in compliance with all quality and dimensional requirements.  Maintain set-up and make minor adjustments when necessary, referring unusual problems or situations to supervisor.

Ensure quality of product through quantitative charting techniques such as statistical process control (SPC) and the use of a variety of precision measuring devices and equipment including contour reader and non-contact measuring system.  Basic computer knowledge to perform labor transactions, and other required functions.

Requirements: HS Diploma or equivalent


CNC Machinist

Under direct supervision, operate CNC machine shop equipment where little or no set-up is required and perform highly-repetitive tasks in accordance with work instructions.


  1. Achieve and maintain appropriate Operator Authorization(s) as required.
  2. Work from basic blueprints, material requests, methods sheets, or other written work instructions.
  3. Perform other various basic secondary operations including deburring and polishing parts.
  4. Inspect complex parts using a wide variety of measuring devices and equipment applying geometric dimensioning and tolerancing.
  5. Basic computer knowledge to perform labor transactions, and other required functions.

Requirements: HS Diploma or equivalent.  1-3 years experience.


Weld Support

 Under general supervision, perform a variety of standard work processes required to support the manufacture of bellows components and assemblies to ensure compliance with customer requirements.


  1. Work from drawings and other documented work instructions.
  2. Make standard set-ups and maintain operating conditions as prescribed, submitting questionable settings to appropriate supervisor or technical leader.
  3. Maintain required quality and productivity levels, making minor machine and tooling adjustments to comply with requirements.
  4. Inspect parts using basic measuring equipment including micrometers, verniers, and leak check equipment. When required, visually or mechanically inspect parts for weld integrity and dimensional correctness.
  5. Ensure quality requirements are maintained using quantitative charting techniques, including Statistical Process Control (SPC).
  6. Achieve and maintain appropriate Operator Authorization(s) as required.
  7. When required, assist and/or train other team members.
  8. Basic computer knowledge to perform labor transactions, and other required functions.
  9. Maintain an adequate inventory of department tools and supplies. Inspect returned tooling and determine if refurbishment or replacement is required.

Requirements: HS Diploma or equivalent.  1-3 years experience





Quality Engineer

Under general supervision and direction from the Quality Manager, responsible for supporting all activities associated with the development, implementation, and maintenance of a quality system that meet certification and customer requirements in an efficient manner.

Review all relevant customer and quality system requirements for product quality to ensure they are achievable. Configure internal and external quality flow down through quality plans, work instructions, and supplier notes to ensure conformity requirements are adequately communicated.


  1. Plan, develop and document quality control instructions for inspectors, production personnel and suppliers that achieve the required output.
  2. Support the development, documentation and refinement of quality processes and certification programs for suppliers, internal operators and products.
  3. Define and implement well written quality system standards, instructions for the inspection, testing, and evaluation of product and forms for records.
  4. Determine, with support from subject matter experts, the appropriate inspection techniques and sampling plans to ensure product conformance is efficiently and effectively achieved.
  5. Verify the validity and effectiveness of procedures and documentation through direct observation.
  6. Support the continuous improve quality system processes through the collection, evaluation and reporting of performance to goals.
  7. Support the implementation of methods and procedures for the analysis of suspect material and product non-compliance in a timely, thorough and cost effective manner. Participate in failure analysis/forensic evaluation of failed products. Support Continuous Business initiatives to assess and develop suppliers along with operator authorization programs.
  8. Review manufacturing processes, work instructions, repair procedures, routings, and material handling techniques to ensure compliance with all quality requirements.
  9. Perform root cause analysis on quality related issues to determine appropriate corrective actions and plans for implementation.
  10. Communicate with customers on quality related issues in a prompt and professional manner. Host customer visits and audits relating to quality.

Requirements: College Degree, BSME preferred, 3-5 years experience


Manufacturing Engineer

Under general supervision, provide mechanical engineering support for manufacturing departments in order to maintain required quality standards, control costs, and meet production schedules. Investigate and analyze assigned product and process non-conformances and apply sound engineering practices for resolution.


Trouble shoot and disposition product and process non-conformances through Material Review Board by working from company and customer drawings, specifications, engineering procedures, product routings, and/or process work instructions.

  1. Provide manufacturing area “hands-on” technical floor support to assigned department(s), including but not limited to Stamping, Forging, Chemical Processing, Welding, Heat Treating, Machining, Assembly, and Functional Testing.
  2. Participate with Purchasing personnel to disposition Supplier product non-conformances or information requests.
  3. Participate with Project Engineering and Quality Engineering as a team to review and approve new and revised recurring product releases to Manufacturing.
  4. Prepare and submit for approval Engineering Change Orders for both procedure and drawing changes related to product, tooling, and processes.
  5. Support corrective action teams to resolve product and process non-conformances.
  6. Periodically review current products and evaluate processes. Determine changes to improve quality and productivity and implement after approval.

Requirements: Four year degree, BSME preferred.  3-5 years experience.
