Our customer, an agile and prestigious business jet manufacturer, was developing a new aircraft for a premium market segment. They were seeking a suite of lightweight hydraulic accumulators that would provide the lowest total life cycle cost possible.

The Solution

Our team designed a ship-set of maintenance free accumulators based on our proven metal bellows technology. The highly reliable, maintenance-free/service-free components were engineered to last the life of the aircraft. Working closely with the customer, we provided optimized fully qualified accumulator designs to support their aggressive program schedule.
