The majority of products manufactured by Senior Aerospace Metal Bellows are custom designed to meet our customers’ specific needs. We can provide build-to-print through complete design services, whatever is needed.
All products are designed using our proprietary bellows software, FEA analysis if required, and fabricated using our specialized in-house capabilities in forming, welding, heat-treating and assembly. In addition to the traditional bellows products, our experience with these manufacturing processes also allows us to provide non-bellows products. We have a wide variety of bellow plate shapes that are tailored to specific operating parameters and existing tooling sizes which allow us to provide you with the optimum solution for your individual application.

Standard Products
Standard welded bellows products from Senior Aerospace Metal Bellows provide our customers with solutions to meet their design needs for a wide variety of applications that are:

- Cost effective, and
- Provide maximum performance
Precision craftsmanship and unique capabilities in forming, welding and heat-treating combined with aerospace quality materials, make our standard products an excellent design choice for many industrial, research and instrumentation applications. These standard products are designed using the same analytical tools and manufacturing processes as our highly engineered custom products.
Standard products are available in three areas:
- Welded diaphragm metal bellows
- Bellows pumps and compressors
- Bellows shaft couplings
Our standard welded diaphragm metal bellows are available in sizes ranging from as small as .375 inch [9.5 mm] up to 18 inch [457 mm] outer diameter and can be supplied with a variety of end configurations. We can also attach customer provided end fittings to the bellows. {Link to bellows catalog}
Standard bellows pumps and compressors range in capacity from 0.2 to 6.0 scfm [5.7 to 170 slm] free flows with discharge pressures up to 40 psig [377 kPa] and inlet vacuums down to 28 in Hg [6.5 kPa]. {Link to pump catalog}
Our standard bellows shaft couplings are available in bore sizes ranging from .090 to .625 inches [2.29 to 15.88 mm] with maximum torque ratings of 25 to 5000 in-oz [0.1 to 19.2 N•m].
