Metal Bellows has in-house heat treatment and vacuum furnaces as well as electron beam welders and laser welders to move experimental projects along faster. In addition other engineering design tools that are available include 3D Solid modeling, Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and a fully equipped prototype and testing lab to support new product development.
A wide range of experience with different materials, including stainless steels, Inconels, Hastelloys and Titanium, allow a variety of metal alternatives to be considered when choosing the best material for the project. Many times Metal Bellows can expedite solutions more quickly by using our line of standard off the shelf bellows which can save time and money.
