Senior Aerospace Metal Bellows uses our metal joining and fabrication capabilities to create and assemble heat exchanger products for both military and commercial applications.

Drawing on years of experience in brazing and other forms of metal joining, producing heat exchangers is a natural extension of past products and applications. Units can be made up of vacuum brazed aluminum fins to an aluminum plate or aluminum fins to a titanium plate. In addition we can integrate bellows cooling reservoirs/compensators, thermal actuators or other cooling system components with heat exchangers to assemble larger thermal management systems.

Applications for heat exchangers include providing cooling for field mounted laser guidance systems where reliability is paramount.
